Position Overview We are currently seeking a PRN Charge Nurse (RN) Registered Nurse to join our team at Turney Center Main located in Only, TN. Responsibilities Provide supervision of nursing and support staff on assigned shift in a correctional setting. Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients. Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify and respond to a wide range of physical and mental health needs. Qualifications Associate's degree required. Must hold a valid RN license in the applicable state. Must provide current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification. Prior experience providing nursing care, working with a high degree of autonomy, is required. Prior experience supervising nursing staff is preferred. Experience working in a correctional environment is preferred. Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.
