What You'll Do Depending on your client engagement and project, your responsibilities may include: Conducting customer, market, and business research Supporting marketing and customer experience strategies Analyzing data to uncover insights and opportunities Facilitating stakeholder interviews and working sessions Supporting customer journey and experience transformation initiatives Developing presentations, recommendations, and client deliverables Evaluating marketing technologies and digital capabilities Leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies Presenting insights and recommendations to client stakeholders Translating complex information into actionable business solutions What Makes This Role Unique Marketing Solutions consultants help organizations connect strategy, customer understanding, technology, and execution.
