Complete Care has partnered with DailyPay, a voluntary benefit to offer employees access to their pay on their own schedule.Responsibilities Social Media Manager:Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.Plan, create, publish, and share new content across multiple social media platforms – including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedInManage WhatsApp communication (chats) per facility to facilitate authentic, personalized content.Edit photos using Lightroom, Photoshop, or other editing software.Create editorial calendars.Utilize current social media trends, best practices and technology.Monitor customer comments and feedback and ensure reputation management policies are in place.Monitor reach and create campaigns to increase followers and engagement.Track marketing results, produce monthly analytical reports to reflect achievement of marketing objectives and target goals.Qualifications Social Media Manager:Creative, organized, efficient, proficient multi-tasker with strong attention to detail.Team player who can lead and motivate individuals.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Management/Social Media Content CreationProficient in Hootsuite, Photoshop/ other photo editing softwareInDesign/Illustrator or similar design experience a plusHealthcare experience preferred.Benefits:·Competitive Wages and Benefit Package·Flexible Schedule – Remote Opportunity·Paid Time OffComplete Care Management is an equal opportunity employer.
