Sales Representative - Nantucket

Summary: Polar Beverages is looking to hire a Sales Representative for Nantucket. The Sales Rep will be responsible for objectives, quotas and programs within the territory in conjunction with overall corporate goals. This is a full time, salaried position with travel expenses covered (weekly car allowance & ferry travel) and opportunity for bonus pay.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Plans weekly/daily approach to territory with consideration toward overall corporate goals, objectives, quotas and programs.
• Understands and executes all brands in weekly sales planner at all assigned accounts.
• Reviews customer aged trial balance prior to, and during each call – and is responsible for keeping all accounts – corporate and independent – “current” in accordance with Polar’s credit terms.
• Resolves all delivery and service problems in tandem with operations management and discusses any unresolved problems with their Sales Supervisor.
• Understands all capabilities of the sales tablet and uses it to help sell programs at store level.
• Transmits orders to the company at the appointed time.
• Always carries adequate P.O.S. in vehicle.
• Self-motivated to increase sales and display opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key management at each account.

Requirements:
• Must be willing/able to work a flexible schedule; at least one weekend day and a minimum of 45 hours per week.
• 2-3 Years Sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle and good driving record
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
• Excellent written and communication skills
