Responsibilities:

• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Sort and organize clean dishes and kitchen tools, returning them to their designated locations promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and counters, to comply with health and safety standards.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks and waste disposal as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.
