What You'll Be Doing:

As a Restaurant Supervisor / Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant running at its best. You'll lead by example, build an engaged team, and ensure every guest leaves with a reason to come back.

Every day you'll:

• Lead shifts with energy, confidence, and a hands-on approach
• Inspire, coach, and develop your team to deliver outstanding hospitality
• Ensure every meal meets our quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Help hire, train, schedule, and develop future leaders
• Turn guest concerns into memorable recovery moments
• Monitor labor, inventory, and daily operations to drive results
• Support local marketing, community partnerships, and restaurant promotions
• Create a culture where people enjoy coming to work and guests enjoy coming back

What Makes You a Great Fit!

You don't have to know everything, but you should love leading people and creating great experiences.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• A passion for coaching, teamwork, and guest satisfaction
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• ServSafe Certification (or the ability to obtain it after hire)
