Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality complaints and drive issues through closure
• Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and problem-solving activities across manufacturing operations
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and develop improvement initiatives to enhance product performance
• Support APQP, PPAP, and other quality planning activities with product development and manufacturing teams
• Conduct audits, interface with customers and suppliers, and support internal and external quality systems
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis tools

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Quality Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related
• 2+ years of Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience
• Strong root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working directly with customers on quality-related issues and corrective actions
• Understanding of quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, AIAG Core Tools, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred
