This role focuses on creating a nurturing, responsive environment where infants build secure attachments, explore through sensory experiences, and begin early communication development. Joining a new center opening offers the opportunity to help establish classroom routines and culture from day one. Key Responsibilities Support daily routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision Plan developmentally appropriate sensory learning experiences Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Observe and document developmental milestones Communicate regularly with families about routines and progress Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required Prior infant classroom experience preferred Strong understanding of responsive caregiving practices Reliable, collaborative, and nurturing teaching approach #J-18808-Ljbffr The Learning Experience
