Due to the growth and expansion of our practice, we are excited to add a dedicated Front Office Coordinator to join our passionate and patient-focused team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our commitment to delivering quality care. Your Schedule Will Be: Monday: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Tuesday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 2:00pm (30-minute lunch M – Th) *Includes morning huddle Responsibilities Welcome visitors and patients, ensuring efficient notification to staff and adept handling of phone communications. Oversee appointment scheduling and calendar management to achieve the practice's care objectives and financial targets. Address patient financial concerns, maintain accurate financial records, and hold at least a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
