(USA) Area Manager - Floor

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) Stock Minimum Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years of Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years of supervisory experience. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
