HR Business Partner (Project Manager)

Serve as a strategic HR partner supporting the Supply Chain function and business leaders by aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. The role focuses on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and HR program execution to support business performance and growth at the Añasco site.

• Act as a strategic HR partner providing guidance aligned with business and people strategy.

• Support organizational effectiveness by analyzing workforce data, organizational health, and business insights.

• Partner with leaders to ensure optimal organizational structure to achieve short\- and long\-term business goals.

• Support annual operating plans, workforce planning, and long\-range financial planning initiatives.
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Lead organizational design and change management initiatives, including restructuring and post\-change effectiveness planning.
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Support merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities including due diligence, integration, and change management.
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Develop and execute talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain critical talent.
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Lead site\-level talent management activities aligned with global talent management calendars.
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop staffing strategies and ensure diverse candidate pipelines.
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Drive succession planning activities and strengthen leadership pipelines.
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Support workforce planning aligned with business initiatives such as expansions, product launches, or operational changes.
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Promote employee engagement, inclusion, and organizational culture initiatives.
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Provide leadership coaching and guidance on performance management, team effectiveness, and employee relations matters.
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Support HR program implementation including performance management processes, job architecture, and policy deployment.
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Facilitate candidate slate approvals, interviews, and offer processes for key roles.
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Support compensation planning activities in collaboration with Total Rewards teams.
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Assist with contractor management activities including hiring, negotiations, and merit adjustments.
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.

  Requirements <\/h3>

  Education & Experience <\/b>
  <\/p>
  
  

  
  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    <\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in HR or HR\-related roles. <\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Experience working in HR Business Partner or Project Manager roles <\/b> .
    <\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Experience supporting business leaders in a strategic HR Business Partner capacity <\/b> preferred.
    <\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated industries <\/b> is a plus.
