Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator for Urology to join our team at RMA of New York in Eastside , New York. This position will float to Westside, New York, with some remote work, as needed.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from either 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
• Compensation: $92,000 to $99,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinator for Urology will:

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and procedure scheduling for male patients
• Manage post-op calls and any clinical calls via triage line
• Provide patient/couple counseling
• Educate patients on procedures
• Coordinate in cycle male procedures that correspond with female IVF cycles, as well as setting up outside procedures
• Schedule treatment/testing after initial and follow up visits
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families

What You'll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
