Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide bedside care to medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and deliver high-quality nursing interventions during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and recognize signs of deterioration.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in the relevant state.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Maintain BLS certification.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
