Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Kentucky Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a remote care team serving clients in Kentucky. In this position, you'll provide therapy, complete assessments, and help clients work through emotional and behavioral health concerns. This role is built for an LCSW who wants strong pay and the ability to provide care from a private remote workspace. Responsibilities Provide telehealth therapy to clients in Kentucky Complete intake sessions and ongoing clinical assessments Build treatment plans around client needs and goals Support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and adjustment concerns Document sessions and care updates in a timely manner Evaluate progress and revise treatment goals when appropriate Coordinate additional care or referrals when needed Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth and electronic records systems Reliable internet connection and a private workspace Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Ready for a remote role that gives you steady hours and meaningful clinical work?
