Bank Teller – Morganfield, KY
Starting Pay: $15.00–$18.00/Hour (Based on Experience)

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Some Saturdays and holidays required

Job Responsibilities

As a Bank Teller, you will:

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, money orders, and cashier's checks
• Assist customers with account questions and resolve routine account issues
• Complete transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Balance your cash drawer daily
• Answer questions about checking, savings, and other bank products, referring complex issues to management when needed
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to make sound decisions while following bank policies and procedures
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to accurately count cash and make change (banking experience is a plus)
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• No previous bankruptcies or liens
