Position New Graduate Management Rotational Program 2026 Overview Carrier Enterprise (CE), a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., offers a 12‑month, cross‑functional rotational program designed for recent college graduates seeking to begin a career in the HVAC/R industry. The program focuses on developing the skills and experience needed to succeed across a range of functions including sales, distribution, finance, marketing, engineering, and operations. Learnings & Responsibilities Orientation to CE’s mission, vision, values, and culture. Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies. Residential and commercial sales processes. Wholesale and branch sales operations. Warehouse and distribution operations. Creating a great customer experience. Key Requirements Graduated within two years of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year institution, majoring in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Creative, self‑motivated, tenacious, ambitious, and enthusiastic personality. Ability to work in changing environments and manage complex situations. Willingness to travel during the training period. Capability and desire to relocate after program completion. Strong interest in customer service, distribution operations, supply‑chain operations, store operations, or commercial engineering is a plus. Internship experience in any of the above areas is a plus.
