Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Help patients restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain. Establish measurable functional goals and monitor patient progress. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Supervise and support therapy aides, PTAs, and students, as applicable. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical records. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on teamwork and exceptional patient care. Location Ventura Orthopedics – Therapy Department Requirements What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program. Active California PT or OT License in good standing. Current CPR Certification. Current TB clearance. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Preferred Attributes Positive and energetic attitude. Strong clinical decision-making skills.
