Job Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with significant industry experience in product development. Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, including thermodynamics, mechanics, and materials science principles. Experience in risk assessment, project planning, and execution within structured engineering environments. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with global teams and cross‑functional stakeholders effectively. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills for managing complex engineering challenges.
