Overview Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a BE/BC OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our dynamic team in Davis, CA. Responsibilities Provide hospitalist coverage with guaranteed 24-hour shifts Collaborate with a Certified Nurse Midwife as primary care for lower-risk patients Qualifications Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN Compensation and Benefits 2-year income guarantee with shareholder track 1.0 FTE guarantee (approximately $331,620) with 6.5 / 24-hr shifts Additional productivity pay; sign-on bonus up to $20,000 Relocation assistance up to $20,000 Group malpractice coverage and tail coverage Resident stipend up to $3,000 per month while in residency; forgivable loan up to $200,000; PSLF eligible Paid medical benefits for employees and dependents; annual CME allowance; robust retirement with 401(k) matching Part-time work available; base pay prorated per clinical FTE Ability to also work at SMCS tertiary hospitalist program Dedicated in-house OB anesthesia A positive work-life balance and access to Northern California lifestyle Organization Details Sutter Medical Group is a 1,500+ member multi-specialty group offering physicians the opportunity to build their practices within a progressive, financially sound, and collaborative organization.
