Family Resource Navigator
The Centers
The Centers in Cleveland seeks a liaison to connect families with services through the Heights Suburban Collaborative program, building trusted relationships with families, staff and partner agencies while linking people to community resources and supports that address identified needs. This role requires flexibility to work evenings or weekends, a valid Ohio driver’s license, and the ability to identify suspected abuse for mandated reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Centers
