Ensign Services is seeking an HR Business Partner to elevate people practices and support leadership development across our Texas operations. The role focuses on partnering with operational and clinical leaders to drive HR strategies that promote growth and a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in HR or related field with 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site setting, and may hold PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP.
