Recruitment & Scouting Manager | Boston Legacy FC 28 May 2026 | Scouting & Recruitment Boston Legacy FC are seeking a Recruitment & Scouting Manager to play a central role in identifying, evaluating, and supporting the acquisition of talent across domestic and international markets as the club continues building its NWSL project from the ground up. Working closely with the Director of Recruitment, Sporting, the successful candidate will lead scouting operations within the U.S. college pathway while contributing to wider domestic and international recruitment strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead identification and tracking of talent within the U.S. college system Deliver scouting coverage across NCAA, domestic, and international competitions Conduct live and video scouting across technical, tactical, physical, and psychological areas Produce detailed player reports, dossiers, and recruitment recommendations Maintain player watchlists, depth charts, and succession planning processes Support squad planning and long-term recruitment strategy Coordinate player visits, logistics, and onboarding support Collaborate with recruitment, analysis, and football operations staff Essential Requirements Experience in player recruitment, scouting, or talent identification within elite football Strong understanding of the U.S. college pathway and domestic player market Experience producing player reports and supporting recruitment decisions Familiarity with Wyscout, Hudl, StatsBomb, or similar platforms Understanding of data-informed recruitment processes Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to travel as required Desirable Experience within NCAA, NWSL, or elite football environments Coaching or Talent ID qualifications (USSF, UEFA, AFC etc.) Knowledge of international recruitment markets and processes Experience supporting player logistics and onboarding Benefits Competitive salary Medical, dental & vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid time off & holidays Matchday and club access opportunitiesOpportunity to join a founding NWSL organisation from day one An exciting opportunity to help shape the future of one of women’s football’s newest and most ambitious projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr TheASPA
