Behavioral Health Care ManagerLifekind Health is looking for a full-time Behavioral Health Care Manager to serve as a critical link between behavioral health, medical services, and care coordination teams. This role supports compliance with Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program requirements while improving patient engagement, continuity of care, and clinical outcomes for moderate to high-risk populations. Help to increase show rates, ensure compliance, and optimize clinical staff efficiency by shifting non-billable tasks away from licensed providers.Our mission is to bring care that's whole, human, and healing.
