Billing Clerk

Location: Lancaster, TX Pay: $22/hour (Overtime available)

Schedule:

· Monday–Friday

· Some Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

· Overtime may extend until 5:00 PM

Job Description: VSSI Staffing is hiring an experienced Billing Clerk to support daily billing and accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and bilingual.

Responsibilities:

· Process and review invoices accurately

· Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies

· Maintain billing records

· Communication with internal teams and customers

· Perform general billing and administrative duties

Requirements:

· 3+ years of recent billing or accounts receivable experience

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

· Strong attention to detail and organization

· Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
