Medical Technologist

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist to perform diagnostic laboratory tests, analyze results, and operate laboratory equipment in a collaborative healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting clinical tests on patient samples such as blood and urine to aid in diagnosis and monitoring. Interpreting test results accurately and preparing detailed reports for physicians. Maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting laboratory instruments to ensure precise results. Collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to provide timely diagnostic information. Following safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe laboratory environment. Providing attentive and compassionate care, contributing to the overall patient experience. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biological Science, or related field. Certifications such as ASCP, AMT, or credentials through military or accredited programs are preferred, with multiple pathways available. Ability to work with advanced laboratory equipment and interpret complex data. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to patient safety.
