Job Summary The Nursing Supervisor oversees clinical operations during assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff coordination, and compliance with healthcare standards. This role provides leadership, supports nursing staff, and serves as a key point of contact for clinical and operational issues. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff across units during assigned shifts Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in compliance with policies and regulations Manage staffing assignments, patient flow, and resource allocation Act as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and leadershipRespond to clinical emergencies and provide guidance in critical situations Monitor documentation, compliance, and quality standards Address patient, family, and staff concern professionally Support onboarding, training, and performance improvement initiatives Requirements Active RN NY license (required) 3-5+ years of clinical nursing experience, with leadership experience preferred BLS, ACLS Excellent communication and team leadership abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
