Marfa Stance, the innovative luxury outerwear brand known for its modular and reversible designs for all seasons, is seeking enthusiastic and ideally experienced individuals to create our Marfa team in Chicago (Playa del Lago) for a 6 month pop up store opening this Fall (early September). Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience. Utilize your retail and styling expertise to assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces and making it modular. Share your knowledge of luxury brands and sustainable fashion with our clientele. Maintain the visual aesthetics of the shop to reflect the luxury standards of Marfa Stance. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and uphold the brand’s reputation. Requirements Ideally (but not essential) previous experience in retail and/or styling, preferably within the luxury sector. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Enthusiasm for fashion design, product and sustainable fashion practices. Ability to work weekends and weekdays. Ideally (but not essential) a knowledge of luxury brands and the ability to communicate their value to customers. Experience of personal shopping and direct client selling is advantageous.
