Business Systems Analyst I - WMS & IT Support

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to support hardware and software issues, provide escalated resolutions, and train end users. You’ll work on system diagnostics, issue resolution, and documenting procedures while collaborating with IT to maintain SAP WMS and related tools.

Ideal candidates will have SQL/XML skills, familiarity with WMS/OMS, and experience with integration methods (FTP/API). This role involves staying current with system updates and supporting end-user needs.
