Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Type: Part-time Location Requirement: Must currently reside in Idaho (any city) **100% Remote** Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to joina growing, mission-driven team in a part-time, fully remote role. This position is supervision-focused and ideal for BCBAs who enjoy clinical oversight, parent collaboration, and mentoring behavior technicians. Key Responsibilities: Develop, oversee, and update individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians Conduct parent training sessions and collaborate closely with families Implement and monitor interventions targeting: Adaptive and daily living skills Emotional regulation and behavior reduction Language and communication Play, social skills, and peer interactions Safety awareness and vocational readiness Modify environments and treatment strategies to address interfering behaviors Clearly communicate assessment results, progress, and treatment goals to families Review and approve clinical documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance Mentor and support clinical staff through ongoing feedback and training Patient Population: Children ages 2 to 16 years Primarily individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental conditions Qualifications: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience providing ABA services to children with ASD or related diagnoses Strong knowledge of clinical assessments and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
