Work Shift Functions as a part of a large and varied healthcare team consisting of physicians, nurses, allied health personnel, and members of the community. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care to a variety of diagnostic categories and supervising rehabilitation technicians, volunteers, and students. Caseloads may consist of adult and pediatric Documents treatment plan according to department policy and bills for services. Coordinates appropriate follow up post discharge from care. Patient Assessment: Performs functions related to patient evaluation/re-evaluation, goal setting, and discharge planning according to department policy and procedures. Documents findings according to department policy and bills for services. Takes an active role in servicing patients with immediate needs. Documents productivity in a timely manner.
