Speech-Language Pathologist
North Shore Home Health Care
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Deliver compassionate therapy tailored to diverse patient populations. Accurately document all patient interactions and progress in the EMR. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the rehab team to coordinate care. Educate patients and families on home programs to support ongoing recovery. Role: Per diem Speech Therapist Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Deliver compassionate therapy tailored to diverse patient populations.
