Job Title: Transaction Support Associate

Location: Tempe, AZ 1295 W. Washington St., Suite 115 (on-site, not remote) Shift: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM Arizona time

Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Transaction Support Associate to join our client's Transaction Management team at Opendoor, one of the most recognized names in modern real estate. In this role, you'll play a behind-the-scenes but high-impact part in keeping real estate transactions moving accurately and compliantly from start to close. This is the right fit for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, thrives in a structured environment, and communicates confidently with external partners to keep things on track.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate earnest money and option fee wire transfers accurately and on time
• Review and verify insurance claims and declaration documents
• Obtain, verify, and upload HOA demand documents; conduct reviews and flag discrepancies
• Research and manage HOA litigations, violations, and escalations
• Verify solar panel presence and ensure associated agreements are properly documented
• Coordinate guard gate access and notify relevant parties
• Initiate and track work orders related to transaction needs
• Validate final transaction documents prior to closing
• Communicate with HOAs, title companies, and escrow companies via phone and email
• Use Zendesk and internal tools to manage, track, and document transaction activity
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and keep transactions on track
• Maintain accuracy across a high volume of concurrent transactions

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail. You catch what others miss
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Professional communicator, both written and verbal
• Tech-comfortable; able to pick up internal systems quickly
• Experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate operations a plus
• Familiarity with HOA processes and documentation a plus
• Zendesk or similar ticketing tool experience a plus
