Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 911 N. 10th Place. Renton, WA 98057 . Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives. Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, rotating weekends. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Minimum Qualifications Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P). Preferred Qualifications 6 or more months of experience as a phlebotomist. Additional Job Standards In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may satisfy the license requirement. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Pay Range $21.87 to $32.28 per hour. Benefits Regular, full‑time or part‑time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k) with up to 18 days of Annual Leave per year (includes 8 holidays) and Sick Leave (0.0333 hours of sick leave for each hour of work) capped at 64 hours per year, Tuition Reimbursement and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program: PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
