Territory Sales Manager - Fine Jewelry (New England)

divh2Territory Sales Manager/h2pCAZA Collective is representing an established fine jewelry organization seeking experienced Territory Sales Managers to drive revenue growth, strengthen retailer relationships, and expand market presence across key U.S. regions. This is a high-activity, relationship-driven field sales role focused on both account development and new business acquisition within the independent jewelry channel. Territory Coverage - New England Territory Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, and Eastern New York Candidates must reside within RI, CT, MA, VT, NH, ME, NY The Territory Sales Manager owns all sales activity within the assigned region, managing existing accounts while aggressively developing new retail partnerships. Success in this role requires disciplined territory planning, consistent in-store presence, strong follow-through, and the ability to drive measurable results./ph3Territory Growth/h3ulliExpand sales with existing independent jewelers while opening new retail accounts across the territory/liliIdentify white-space opportunities and convert prospects into long-term partners/li/ulh3Quota Delivery/h3ulliAchieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual revenue targets/li/ulh3High Activity / High Standards/h3ulliMaintain a strong in-store cadence with structured visits, follow-up, and relationship development/liliBuild trust through responsiveness, accountability, and professional presence/li/ulh3New Business Development/h3ulliProspect, present, negotiate, close, and onboard new retail partners/liliActively pursue competitive conversions and new store openings/li/ulh3Pipeline Discipline/h3ulliManage all opportunities through the companys Proven Sales Process/liliMaintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM accuracy/li/ulh3In-Store Execution/h3ulliConduct product presentations using samples/liliMaintain merchandising standards and displays/liliTrain retail staff to improve product knowledge and sell-through/li/ulh3Industry Presence/h3ulliRepresent the company at major trade shows and industry events, including JCK Las Vegas, IJO, and RJO/liliMonitor competitive activity and communicate market intelligence/li/ulh3What Great Looks Like/h3ulliYou are actively selling in stores - not simply maintaining accounts/liliYou arrive prepared with account goals, assortment opportunities, and clear next steps/liliYou maintain disciplined territory routing, appointment setting, and follow-up/liliYou consistently generate reorders and incremental business/liliYou build long-term retailer partnerships based on trust and performance/li/ulh3Essential Responsibilities/h3ulliSales Account Management/liulliDevelop and execute strategic plans for key accounts and regional growth/liliProvide product training, marketing support, and sales guidance to retail partners/liliEnsure strong in-store representation and brand visibility/li/ulliTerritory Planning/liulliCreate efficient travel routes and market coverage plans/liliPrioritize high-value accounts while maintaining prospecting activity/li/ulliProduct Expertise/liulliMaintain deep knowledge of product offerings, pricing, positioning, and competitive landscape/li/ul/ulh3Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)/h3ulliRecent experience in traveling territory/outside sales (Territory Manager, Field Sales, Account Executive, or similar)/liliDemonstrated success in relationship-driven field sales with measurable results/liliEstablished book of business or strong retailer relationships within the assigned region/lili510 years of experience in jewelry wholesale OR comparable B2B route-based industries such as:/liulliBeauty / cosmetics/liliPremium retail or fashion accessories/liliLuxury goods/liliOther relationship-driven field sales environments/li/ulliProven ability to prospect, close, and grow accounts independently/li/ulh3Additional Requirements/h3ulliBachelors degree or equivalent experience/liliTech-ready: CRM systems, iPad-based presentations, and mobile productivity tools/liliStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills/liliSelf-starter able to work independently while collaborating with leadership/liliAbility to travel extensively/li/ulh3Working Conditions/h3ulliApproximately 75% travel/liliTypically 3 weeks per month on the road, including customer visits and trade shows/li/ulh3Compensation Benefits/h3ulliCompetitive base salary plus commission/liliFull benefits package including:/liulliHealth and dental insurance/lili401(k) with company match/liliPaid time off/li/ulliCompany reimburses approved territory travel and business expenses in accordance with company policy./li/ulpThis role requires U.S. work authorization, as it is based in the United States.
