Clinical Services Coordinator

Full-Time Day Shift

As a Clinical Services Coordinator at Edgewood, you'll have the important role of mentoring our caregivers! You will train them on both the practical skills of being a caregiver and the soft skills of working with our residents.

Responsibilities :

• Teach skill competency and clinical reasoning
• Demonstrate the concepts of good patient care
• Create a supportive and empowering learning environment
• Document employees' progress through testing and observation
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies

Qualifications :

• Active CNA & CMA license
• Minimum of two years clinical experience
• Prior experience training employees
• Passion and drive for helping others
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
