Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, both individually and as part of a family unit. \n
- Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and families, addressing a variety of issues including but not limited to interpersonal conflicts, substance abuse, grief, and adjustment challenges. \n
- Developing tailored treatment plans that are responsive to the unique dynamics and concerns of each family or individual. \n
- Providing crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring client safety and effective support during critical situations. \n
- Maintaining detailed and accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards. \n
- Participating in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance collaborative practices among the clinical staff. \n
The clientele you will serve includes a diverse range of families, couples, and individuals, including children and adolescents. Your expertise will contribute to addressing issues such as:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field. \n
