Our outpatient program is seeking clinicians (LMHP or LMHP-E) to work with children, and adolescents. Child therapists can access a shared play therapy room and can receive supervision with a Registered Play Therapist – Supervisor and work toward credentialing as a Registered Play Therapist. Successful applicants should have experience working with children/adolescents and their families.Full-Time staff receive a complete benefits packages including health insurance, Virginia Retirement System, PTO, life insurance, and more.$3,000 Sign on BonusStarting Salary: $51,030.00-$58,684.50Education Requirements:Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other license-eligible Human Services field required.Virginia Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist is preferred.At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is preferred.Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
