Job duties include serving guests food and beverage in the restaurant and lounge, maintaining assertive hospitality and up selling customers by communicating thorough product knowledge, assisting in taking room service orders by phone at designated station and ensuring the orders are communicated to room service server, assisting in clearing tables to reset for next guest, replenishing the entire station for the next shift prior to punching out, and performing other related duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager. This position requires a flexible weekend schedule including the holidays. Licenses/certifications include CA Food Handler's Card and RBS Certification. Compensation rate is $19 an hour.
