What You’ll Be Doing

As a Ramen Chef/Line Cook at Kyuramen, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional quality and flavor that our guests have come to expect. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking ramen dishes according to Kyuramen’s traditional recipes and standards. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. - Assisting in the preparation of fresh ingredients to ensure consistency and quality. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service. - Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times. - Contributing to a positive and supportive team atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should bring: - A minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or culinary setting. - A passion for Japanese cuisine and a strong attention to detail. - The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills. - A commitment to delivering high-quality food and exceptional service.
