Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician
Mount Olive Township School District
Effective: June 15, 2026 for the 2025-2026 school year
Twelve (12) month position

Qualifications:

Manage refrigerants in compliance with EPA 608 regulations
Experience working on rooftop units and in classrooms on: A/C equipment, Heating systems, B.M.S., V.A.V. boxs ,Exhaust fans , Refrigerators, Freezers, Water fountains, Motors, Pumps, Ice machines,
Perform maintenance on all H.V.A.C.R. equipment up to 75 tons (changing filters, lubricating motors, bearings, and dampers)
Diagnose H.V.A.C.R. controls : Accessing the B.M.S. / Laptop
Refrigerant handling and use of refrigerant tools : Gauges / Meters / Vacuum pump
Electrical troubleshooting : Multimeter
Schematic reading
Mechanical repairs : Replace Motors / Pumps / Compressors / Valves
Piping repairs: Soldering /Brazing

Job Description

Salary Range: $63,044-$76,919; Commensurate with experience
