Join the team at Candidate Source and contribute to the heart of Richmond's manufacturing sector. We're in search of dedicated Warehouse Associates to fill pivotal packing positions with a reputable local manufacturer located on Richmond's Southside. This role promises full-time hours and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic production environment.
Current Shifts Available:- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Efficiently packing finished products as they emerge from the production line.
- Supporting Machine Operators with a variety of essential tasks.
- Preparing and stacking boxes for shipment, ensuring products are ready for dispatch.
- Have at least one year of experience in a warehouse setting, with a preference for those familiar with manufacturing environments.
- Can reliably commute to our Southside Richmond location.
- Are prepared to work in settings without climate control.
- Will successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
- Understand the importance of maintaining a workplace free from fake nails, piercings, and beards due to regulatory compliance.
