Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more while following established protocols.
• Analyze test results for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, onboard new staff or students, and consistently uphold laboratory quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment while adhering to all necessary regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Ensure that certification remains current during the entirety of employment.
