Healthcare Compliance Manager

Managing the day-to-day operations of the compliance program, the full-time Healthcare Compliance Manager will ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, conduct compliance investigations, and collaborate across the organization to improve compliance and risk management processes. Key responsibilities Conduct thorough compliance investigations into policy violations and regulatory breaches, including HIPAA and fraud-related cases Proactively identify compliance risks by reviewing internal processes and monitoring changing regulations Develop key risk indicators and continuous monitoring programs to evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of healthcare compliance experience, preferably in a high-growth healthcare startup or organization 2+ years of experience conducting and resolving complex compliance and privacy investigations Strong functional knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA/HITECH and state Medicaid requirements Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment
