The technician will handle service requests, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents. Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 Hourly with bonus opportunities! Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 8am to 5pm plus overtime What You’ll Do Keep our vibrant community running smoothly and looking its best Tackle daily repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and more Turn apartments quickly and beautifully for new residents Knock out work orders with speed, skill, and great customer service Maintain curb appeal and support seasonal grounds care Jump into action during rotational on-call hours to handle urgent needs Efficiently manage, log, and track maintenance requests using designated work order systems.
