Key Responsibilities (Lead, Inspire & Expand)

• Dynamic Classroom Leadership: Lead high-energy preschool lessons, creative crafts, motor-skill games, and basic movement drills designed for early developmental milestones.
• Child Safety & Engagement: Maintain a vibrant, secure, and positive environment where toddlers and young learners feel celebrated, safe, and motivated.
• Parent Engagement & Community: Share daily wins with parents, highlight milestone achievements, and show families how consistent, monthly active learning transforms their child's confidence.
• Career Development: Collaborate directly with senior leadership to hone your management skills, refine active learning curricula, and prepare for higher-level program leadership.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (Strict Vetting)

Applicants who do not meet all criteria or fail background/licensing verification will not be considered.

• Active Colorado Credentials: Must hold an active Colorado Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) Qualification / State Early Childhood Credential (per CDHS / CDE standards).
• Clean Record (Mandatory): Must successfully pass a comprehensive local, state (CBI), and federal (FBI) background check, drug screening, and Colorado Child Abuse System (CBI/COCA) clearance .
• ECE Experience: Minimum 1–2+ years of verified experience as a Preschool Teacher, Daycare Provider, or Early Childhood Educator in a licensed facility.
• Vibrant Energy: High enthusiasm, patience, and strong vocal presence to keep young children energized, focused, and safe.
• Safety Certifications: Active CPR and First Aid certifications (or ability to complete before start date).

Preferred Qualifications (BIG PLUS!)

• Martial Arts / Fitness Background: Experience in Martial Arts (Taekwondo, Karate, Kickboxing, etc.), Gymnastics, Youth Coaching, or Athletics is a BIG PLUS!
• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or Kinesiology.
• High emotional intelligence and an upbeat, professional approach to parent relationships.
