Bring your expertise in occupational therapy to a rewarding contract opportunity serving a diverse group of young learners in an inspiring educational environment! This full-time position, starting August 10th, 2026 and continuing through June 17th, 2027, supports an Infant and Toddler caseload within a Child Find setting. You'll play an essential role in supporting early intervention and development for children as part of a collaborative educational team near Lusby, MD.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license for the state of Maryland
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly infants and toddlers, is highly valued
• Familiarity with Child Find processes and early intervention best practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ motor and developmental needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized OT intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Provide direct therapy services tailored to each child's strengths and challenges
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in meetings and contribute to evaluation and problem-solving processes
