- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
Skills
- Proficiency in corporate transactions and deal management.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
