ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of a Sales Account Representative. We seek an experienced, sales oriented energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations. In this role you will help grow our agency through meaningful customer interactions and proactively marketing State Farm products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, outbound calls, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate State Farm products and services.
• Provide Quotes, multi-line, pivot and service existing policyholders. 
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
• Property & Casualty license must currently have or must be able to obtain. 
• Life and Health license must have currently or must be able to obtain .
• State Farm experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
