Chief Administrative Officer - Boys & Girls Clubs of King County
Boys & Girls Clubs of America
Overview
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) leads the business operations of Boys & Girls Clubs of King County, with responsibility for Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, as well as facilities and real estate, contracts and risk management. A member of the senior leadership team reporting to the President & CEO, the CAO builds the enterprise-wide operational systems, financial discipline and infrastructure the organization needs to serve youth across all Club sites and to grow.
We are looking for an accomplished executive to serve as our Chief Administrative Officer and a trusted thought partner to the President & CEO. Above all, we are seeking a leader with exceptionally strong operational skills and experience, who will strengthen our processes and ensure consistent compliance with our policies across the organization. Our most significant opportunity is in enterprise-wide operational systems: the CAO will assess, design and implement the integrated systems, processes and controls that allow the organization to operate efficiently and scale. The goal is to strengthen organizational effectiveness and position the organization for continued growth and impact.
The CAO leads a team of approximately 12 staff through the Director of Finance, Director of Human Resources and leaders of IT, Business Analytics and administrative functions, and oversees an annual operating budget of approximately $28M.
