Location: Rockville, MD (Hybrid — 3 days onsite and 2 days remote)
\n \nPosition Summary
\nThe ServiceNow SecDevOps Specialist supports cybersecurity operations by maintaining ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, security-tool integrations, vulnerability automation, and providing secondary SOC alert triage.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Maintain ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) workflows, dashboards, assignment rules, and vulnerability records. \n
- Troubleshoot Tenable/Invicti integrations and CMDB data issues. \n
- Support security integrations, workflow enhancements, and automation. \n
- Assist with Splunk alert triage, escalation, and alert tuning. \n
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer. \n

- Tenable/Invicti, CMDB, integrations, and troubleshooting. \n
- Basic scripting, APIs, automation, and SIEM tools. \n
- Strong documentation and communication skills. \n
